    How are my tickets delivered and how long does the process take?
    We will send you a digital ticket that works as an order confirmation. You will print this digital ticket and take it with you to the event. If you have purchased a Ticket Bundle you will also receive a general admission ticket at the box office. Upgrade Bundles do not include general admission tickets.

    What if I'm buying this VIP ticket as a gift?
    Please use the giftee's name in the Shipping Address so that their name will appear on the ticket. If you have already placed the order under your own name, that's ok! Just send us an email and let us know so that we can update the name on the order. We need to be alerted 2 weeks before the show in order to guarantee a successful name change.
     

    How do I get the merchandise items that come with my ticket?
    Merchandise items will be distributed on the day of the event.

    How do refunds work?
    We can refund you for the full amount of your purchase as long as you make us aware of your refund request at least two weeks before the day of the event. Otherwise, purchases are non-refundable.
